A few simple rules so every appointment runs smoothly and every client is treated with the same care.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Cancel or reschedule 24 hours or more before your appointment for a full refund. Between 12 and 24 hours ahead, 50% is refunded; between 2 and 12 hours, 30%. Under 2 hours, or if you don't arrive, nothing is refunded.
Running late
If you arrive late, your session still ends at the booked time so the next client isn't kept waiting.
Your health and comfort
Massage is for relaxation and wellbeing; it is not a substitute for medical care. Please tell Monia before your session about any health conditions, injuries, recent surgery, allergies or pregnancy, and about anything that doesn't feel right during the massage. You are draped at all times and can ask for a change in pressure or an end to the session at any point.
Pregnancy
Massage is not offered during the first trimester of pregnancy. From the second trimester on, please tell Monia how far along you are when you book.
Payment and tips
Online bookings are paid by card when you book. Tips are welcome but never expected.
A professional space
La Rose welcomes clients aged 18 and over. Every massage is strictly for relaxation and is professional at all times; any inappropriate comment or behaviour ends the session immediately, with no refund.
