About Monia
Monia is a Delaware Certified Massage Technician with more than twenty years of massage experience, working by appointment from her own private room in Camden.
Monia trained in France and worked for leading institutes in Paris before bringing her practice to the United States. Her training in anatomy and physiology shapes every session: she listens first, then adapts the technique, pressure and pace to the person on the table.
She works with Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, prenatal and lymphatic drainage techniques, and often blends them within one session.
Her aim is simple — for you to leave feeling lighter, looser and more at ease than when you arrived.

We start with a few minutes to talk about how you're feeling, anything you'd like to focus on and anything to avoid. You're draped throughout and only the area being worked on is uncovered. Pressure is adjusted to you — say the word at any point and it changes.
